Dr. KaoutherB’Chir Ben Hassine is a citizen of Tunisia who is a PhD in Biological engineering from National Institute of Applicated Sciences in Tunis in collaboration with The Olive Growing and Olive Product Industry Research Center since 2015.I hold a Master degree in Agronomy from the National Institute of Agronomy of Tunis, in Tunisia in 2007. In 1997, I obtained an engineer position at Food Agriculture Professional Training Center. In 2011, I have obtained a principal engineer position at Higher School of Agriculture- in Mogran eat the University of Carthage. I am an Assistant-Professor at Higher School of Agriculture-Mograne since 2015. I am now teaching several courses on Biochemistry, Agri-Food industry and post-harvest and storage fruit, food identity and sensory analysis. I am supervising numerous projects dissertations pertaining to real cases across various topics and have developed many collaborative, multidisciplinary research programs. In 2013 and 2016, I was a visiting professor at High School of Agriculture-Anger, at Higher School of Agriculture-Lyon and at Catholic University of Piacenza. I am a vice presented of Tunisian competition of local products. Since 2015 I am leader panel of cap bon recognized by international olive oil council. I am a member of international expert panel in several olive oil international competitions (BIOL (Barie-Italy), Feinschmecker (Hamburg- Germany) and Biopress (Wurzburg-Germany). I am member of the control committee of olive oil mills in northern Tunisia and a member of the Tunisian-Japanese project SATREPS 2 and of Alipa Cameroun project (ALIPA La Tunisie vend ses saveurs à l’Afrique :youtu.be/2o03XfvYmVc). I am also a member of International Association for Cooperation and Sustainable and ADDET: (Association for Sustainable Development Europe Tunisia.).
