Imene Trabelsi Trigui is a Full Professor in Agrifood, Olive Oil and Medical & Agricultural Tourism Marketing (PhD from ENITAC, Ecole Nationale des Ingénieurs des Travaux Agricoles de Clermont Ferrand, France) and the Director of Marketing Research Laboratory (LRM) at University of Sfax, TUNISIA. She is the Vice Executive President of Programs and Innovation Strategy at Women in Olive Oil International Organization and a Panel Judge as a sensory taster and marketing expert in many international Olive Oil competitions for both quality and packaging design competitions.

She is an Expert/Consultant at INNOVIC Trading & Consulting

Company and collaborating with many national and international companies in their olive oil value chain management from the orchard to the consumer and developing their branding and international marketing strategies. She assists them in managing and promoting their products/services quality, their international positioning through innovative and digital tools. She has over 20 years of experience supporting students and researchers at all levels, including

supervising doctoral students and coordinating international research projects with universities.
