Ruba MOUALLEM
Ruba Mouallem is a citizen of Syria. Master’s degree in olive cultivation and oil technology from the University of Cordoba in Spain. I have been working in the General Commission for Scientific Agricultural Research since 2008 in the olive analysis laboratory. I have been working as the head of the olive oil analysis laboratory for two years I participated in many researches on oil chemistry, composition and olive oil analyzes. During my career, I also participated in many conferences, seminars and workshops on olives I trained to taste olive oil at the Institute of Fats in Seville, Spain.
